ArtSnacks Challenge December 2016

Celtic Lion Capitol

Celtic Lion Capitol

Bright colors from this months package help liven up a very cold winterscape. I decided to use this lion I was working on to test out this months products for the #ArtSnacksChallenge of December. These pencils were very flexible for multiple uses. I’d prefer if the pigments were a bit stronger, but the softness might be lost and that was a great feature. Below are some snapshots of the process to show how it looks before and after the waterpen.

Rhodia is one of my favorite general use stationary makers, and I am so glad to have found a US source. I have been in love with the stationary ever since an ex-boyfriend’s mum gifted some to me.
